At Inspiring Women, we believe that each person is an individual, so our personal trainers can tailor a program to fit your needs and goals.

If you are super serious about results, you NEED to personal train!

No one knows hard work until they have had a session with one of our personal trainers. Just ask anyone who trains with them! Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight, learn new exercises in the gym, de-stress, become more flexible, tone up, improve your health, recover from injury or surgery, or ensure you are exercising safety, these ladies have got you covered!

As an added bonus, you will also build up a nice collection of workouts to keep your exercise routines fresh, as your personal trainer records your personal training sessions in your very own fitness workout book.

Membership/Booking a personal training session

Sounding good? It’s easy to personal train … If you are on a standard gym membership, you can add a personal training session into your weekly schedule whenever you like. Alternatively, you can join the Taste Success Foundation – 12 week program or Taste Success Refresh – 12 week program, where personal training is included in your gym membership. Also, keep an eye on our events page for upcoming bootcamps (group based personal training sessions) which are a great way to meet people and have a fantastic workout.
