BALANCE
Combines Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi principles for muscle conditioning, core strength, balance and flexibility complimented with relaxation. This class will leave you feeling calm, relaxed & renewed.
Shoes not required.
YOGA
“The union of body, mind and spirit for total wellbeing” - Based on Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga.
Muscles are stretched and strengthened leading to an improvement in posture and general sense of wellbeing whilst Vinyasa includes flowing sequences which add interest and make it easier to learn and practice at home.
Each class finishes with a relaxation session. Mats can be provided.
SCULPT
Challenge your body using barbells and dumbbells. Tones and conditions while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.
You’ll work each major muscle group for 4-5min to enhance strength and endurance in both your upper and lower body.
BOXING
Boxing class increasing power, strength and speed. This class is stress relief cardio with strength endurance. Bring a towel and water bottle for this action packed class.
EXPRESS
A combination of core, strength and glute training using body, weights and props for a fast and effective workout.
SPIN
A 45-minute moderate/high intensity bike class designed to get your heart rate up. Improves overall fitness while improving strength and toning of your legs and glutes.

STRONG NATION

A high intensity full body workout that has put a unique spin on challenging HIIT exercises by syncing the moves to music. Switch outs are offered making this class suitable for all fitness levels.
